With a degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Carolus has a refined palate when it comes to knowing what’s new and exciting in the world of food. With 16 years of experience under his belt, he has working, consulting and running for some of the most reputable establishments in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Oman, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Inspired by his late mother who taught him that food brings happiness into people’s lives,
Carolus now uses his passion for food, drive for business, and love for the hospitality industry to help aspiring restaurant owners and entrepreneurs build their brand.
